Steve Dunlap Memorial Time Trial
The Steve Dunlap Memorial Time Trial is a memorial to Steve Dunlap, an inspirational DBC racer who tragically died in August 1991 from complications with asthma at the young age of 24. This race raises money for the promotion of Junior racing within the Davis Bike Club. The proceeds of this event provide for coaching, equipment, and other expenses to assist local youth in their quest to succeed in cycling.
The time trial has been run since 1990 in various places, most recently on courses just south of Davis. 10K and 20K courses for Juniors are out and back, adult 30K course is a clockwise loop. All courses are flat with fair to good pavement.
NCNCA has Registration information, or contact the Dunlap Memorial Time Trial director, Kristen Hill.
